Rules and Regulations

Leamba is a “music education application” that allows you to watch videos “offline”, practice and access teaching and help files for accurate, precise and academic music education.

In this application, where videos are available through “streaming” technology, you have access to all educational videos in various fields of music, including theoretical music, practical music and music technology. In addition, for users who are at a higher level of basic musical education and are familiar with the basic principles, a section called “Master Class” has been created, where they can meet their educational needs by visiting and viewing the diverse and practical content.

The approximate duration of each video is 10 minutes. By purchasing different and accessible accounts offered in the Leamba application as purchasable educational packages, you can access and benefit from the desired educational content. The educational packages or accounts are available in four variants:

– One month
– Three months
– Six months
– One year

You can therefore choose how you want to use the application and watch the videos depending on your time, your interests and, of course, your needs. Of course, auxiliary files such as notes for each lesson and the corresponding audio files placed on the course pages in the app are “free after you have purchased an account and unlocked each video” (to choose and watch) for your benefit.

Each video includes the lesson title and a brief introduction to the learning content, so you can make an informed decision about the topic you want to learn before you purchase an account and unlock the video. If you are a beginner to music education or are unfamiliar with the principles of music learning, we recommend that you watch the videos uploaded in a training course sequentially and step-by-step so that you can benefit from maximum understanding of basic music concepts from the beginning and throughout your learning journey.

During watching the videos, you will be visually familiarized with music-related terms taught by the instructors in each video. All the technical terms you need to learn are displayed on the screen of your cell phone and on the side of the player so that if you are unclear or misunderstand the words, you can resolve them by observing the writing and phonetic representation of the words so that you get a clear picture of the pronunciation of the term. As the lessons are explained and demonstrated, all notes and related files are also displayed at the bottom of your player’s screen so that you can easily understand the topic being discussed or the practical exercises in the lessons provided. In any case, the points discussed will be highlighted on your screen in various ways (e.g. by highlighting or coloring) to avoid confusion during your learning process.

For better learning, we recommend that you watch the videos several times. First, you can watch a video to familiarize yourself with the general learning concepts and then go through the individual sections more thoroughly by focusing and pausing the video on your screen.

A unique feature of Leamba is the provision and introduction of auxiliary files (such as notes for lessons, supplementary texts and audio and image files) as well as prerequisite courses and supplementary videos related to the videos to be viewed and taught. If you are interested in learning a specific course from the Leamba offer, prerequisite courses have been presented and uploaded at the top of the desired course page, which will increase your readiness for the course you wish to learn. These pre-courses can be considered mandatory. If you are not familiar with the lessons and concepts of the prerequisite courses, we strongly recommend that you watch and study the corresponding videos before starting the course you are interested in. Of course, watching the prerequisite course videos and the additional videos presented and displayed at the bottom of the course pages will reduce the amount you have paid for your account and therefore the number of videos you will be able to watch and learn during the term of your purchased account. However, this should not worry you, as you can always secure access to the prerequisite and supplementary videos by purchasing a new account or switching your package to other education and credit packages. Of course, for things that support your educational process, such as purchasing textbooks related to your intended subject area, which are presented and uploaded on the “Home” page, you will have to “pay separately” and are not associated with your account, but you can benefit from the provided content, including additional educational files such as notes for lessons or educational audio files uploaded on each video page, for free and of course with the purchase of your desired account. If you need to top up your account, you can purchase the same package again or choose from various other packages in the Leamba app before your current package expires.

Note that the videos offered in the Leamba app can be viewed in streaming mode and that each time you watch one or more videos, “a portion of your Internet data” is consumed. Moreover, you cannot download these videos to watch them outside the Leamba application environment. Otherwise, you will be in violation of the rules and regulations of the Leamba application, will be considered guilty and will of course be subject to international copyright infringement laws.

In the Leamba application, there are four types of packages that we offer to our valued users. If you purchase one of these packages, you should be aware that “a certain number of videos will be playable and viewable for the duration of the purchased account”. Upon expiration of the specified account term, you will need to purchase a new package to continue watching your selected videos and new videos of interest.

Academic and serious music education requires concentration and repetition of unfamiliar and complex learning concepts. For this reason, despite the large amount of content we make available to you through the application, in order to ensure that you have access to everything you need in the field of music education, Leamba has decided to limit the number of videos you can watch (in reasonable quality and appropriateness) within a given period of time; labeled as a “user account”; to ensure

that you can progress on your learning journey in a step-by-step and focused manner, and to prevent the scattering of different educational topics and concepts from sapping your energy along the way.

If you have purchased a “one month” account, your user account (to watch the videos available in the app in desirable quality) will have expired once you have watched the videos (which is exactly forty videos over the course of a month) and to watch more videos you will need to top it up However, if you want to watch the same videos again that you have already watched with the one-month package, you do not need to recharge or purchase the package again (within the specified time frame, i.e. by the end of the 30th day from the start of the package purchase).

If you have purchased a “three month” account, after watching the videos (which is exactly one hundred and thirty videos over three months) your account will have expired and for further videos you will need to recharge the same package or choose a one month package. However, if you want to watch the same videos you watched with the three-month package again, you do not need to recharge or purchase the package again (within the specified time frame, i.e. by the end of the 90th day from the start of the package purchase).

If you have purchased a “six-month” account, once you have watched the videos (which is exactly two hundred and sixty videos over six months), your account will have expired and for further videos you will need to recharge the same package or opt for a three-month or one-month package. However, if you want to watch the same videos you watched with the six-month package again, you do not need to recharge or purchase the package again (within the specified time frame, i.e. by the end of the 180th day from the start of the package purchase).

If you have purchased a “one-year” account, your user account will have expired after watching the videos (which is exactly five hundred videos over the course of a year), and for further videos you will have to recharge the same package or opt for a six-month, three-month or one-month package. However, if you want to watch the same videos you watched with the one-year package again, you do not need to recharge or purchase the package again (within the specified time frame, i.e. by the end of the 360th day from the start of the package purchase).

It is worth noting that if you are interested in watching more videos (beyond the number specified in the selected educational package) “without re-purchasing an account”,” the Leamba application will provide you with additional videos to those specified for each package, but in a lower quality (compared to the desirable and usual quality of videos accessible in the purchasable and viewable packages), so that you can watch more videos without recharging your account.

Note that when the educational package you use in the Leamba application expires, your account will be “automatically” recharged and “the amount for the purchase of the same package you last used” will be deducted from the account you introduced at the beginning of the installation and use of the Leamba application. If you no longer wish to use the services of the Leamba app, you can unsubscribe by notifying us in advance and deleting your user account. In this case, the amount for the last package you purchased will of course be fully deducted from your account, regardless of whether you have watched the videos included in this package, whether you have not watched them or whether you have only watched part of the videos.

If you have purchased a “one-month” package”, this package will be automatically topped up for you at the end of the specified term (thirty days), unless you personally decide not to continue purchasing the package.

If you have purchased a “three-month” package”, this package will be automatically recharged for you after the specified term (ninety days) has expired, unless you personally decide not to continue purchasing the package.

If you have purchased a “six-month”package”, this package will be automatically topped up for you at the end of the specified term (one hundred and eighty days),unless you personally decide not to continue purchasing the package.

If you have purchased a “one-year” package”, this package will be automatically recharged for you at the end of the specified term (three hundred and sixty days), unless you personally decide not to continue purchasing the package.

If you wish to purchase another package, you must “personally” select and purchase the desired package to prevent the automatic recharge of the same package or to decline the purchase of a new package.
